Structural design services for new one-story, 20,000 SF Medical Office
Building. The building consisted of steel-framed with structural steel and
cold-formed metal frame trusses and cold-formed metal bearing walls. The
building fit-out included Urgent/Primary Care, Physical Therapy, Sleep
Center, Lab and CT, X-ray and MRI Imaging.
Nemours duPont Pediatrics – Brandywine Mills

Structural design services provided for the new one-story, 40,000 SF, steel-
framed and steel roof frame, medical office building.
Delaware Hospice – New Castle Hospice
New Castle, Delaware
Structural design services provided for the new $15M hospice center. The
one-story, 30,000 SF in patient facility utilizing pre-manufactured wood roof
trusses and metal stud bearing walls construction. The building includes a
drive under entrance canopy and a roof structure overhang at each of the
patient rooms. The project also included a two-story, plus partial basement,
38,000 SF office area, utilizing a steel bar joist and wood truss structure
supported by steel-frame and metal stud bearing walls construction.
Lehigh Valley Health Network Hospital-Dickson City
Dickson City, Pennsylvania
Structural design services for a new three-story, 80,000 SF hospital addition.
The building plan included office treatment space on the first-floor, operating
space on the second-floor and patient rooms on the third-floor, entrance
lobbies and entrance canopies on both the first and second floors. In addition,
the project included design of a support structure for the proposed first-floor
X-Ray and CT unit.
Dickson City - New MRI Unit
Lehigh Valley Health Network_Hazelton Hospital
Hazelton, Pennsylvania
Structural design for a new two-story, 48,000 SF, steel-framed hospital building
utilizing conventional concrete spread footings. The building included a one-
story link addition to the existing one-story building, entrance canopy and new
rear emergency entrance canopy.
University of Maryland - Denton Medical Pavilion
Denton, Maryland
Structural design services were provided for University of Maryland Shore
Regional Health. A new 2-story, 50,000 SF, medical pavilion is the hub of
outpatient services providing family medicine, laboratory testing, diagnostic
and imaging, rehabilitation services and a community health education suite.
In addition, the pavilion is expected to house a mental health bridge program,
home health care office, and a shared suite for rotating medical specialties
