            Atlantic General Hospital -  Sina Ocean Pines
            Berlin, Maryland

           Structural design services were provided for a new ambulatory surgical center.
           The building  is a two-story, 100,000 SF, steel-framed medical  building
           featuring  a  stand-alone  main  entrance  canopy  and  discharge  canopy.  The
           building contains primary, doctor’s offices, rehab areas and MRI space.


           MRA Medical Office Building
           Warminster, Pennsylvania
           Structural design services were provided for a two-story, 36,000 SF, medical
           office building featuring a clerestory element above the main lobby, a two story
           lobby element and a front entrance canopy. The veneer is a combination of thin
           masonry, EIFS and glass elements.



            Bayhealth Medical Outpatient Center
            Middletown, Delaware
            Structural design for a new 10,000 SF ambulatory care building.   The building   Bayhealth Medical Outpatient Center
            features a decorative and functional porte cochere for patient drop-off.


           LaRed Medical Office Building Ph. I
           Georgetown, Delaware
           Structural design services were provided for a new, 15,000 SF, pre-engineered,
           single story medical office building (Phase I).  The structural design took into
           account a future 10,000 SF.



            Spring House Innovation Park –  Building 4
            Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania
            Spring House Innovation Park is a $5.8M reuse development of a former
            1960s-era central utility plant. The multi-tenant business and research campus     Spring House Innovation Park
            features built-to-suit laboratories, state-of-the-art R&D facilities and office space.
            Structural design services were provided for renovation to the existing two-story
            building for re-use as office and laboratory space. The project scope included:
            •   Addition of new entrance canopies
            •   New stair and elevator shafts within the existing building foot print
            •   Infill of existing stair, elevator and mechanical shafts throughout the
               building
            •   Expansion of existing high roof to convert low roof area into interior space.
