BACKGROUND
Advanced Engineering Inc. (AEI) is pleased to submit this proposal for Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services for the multi-use project with an adjacent
parking garage at the current address of 320 Franklin Avenue in Scranton, PA.
The project will be situated on approximately 2 acres and is anticipated to be a mix of:
• Ground floor parking: 29,685 sf (does not include the sub-level parking)
• Commercial (2 floors): 38,675 sf/ fl= 77,350 SF
• Hotel & Apartment mix lobby & programming (2 floors total) : 31,555 sf / fl = 63,110 SF
• Hotel Tower: 9,016 sf/ fl * 6 floors= 54,096 SF
• Apartment Tower: 25,310 sf/ floor * 12 floors = 303,720 SF
