The Boyd Theater

Location: Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: This exciting, mixed-use project
will include over 200 residential apartment units and
retail, along with loading and parking below grade. The
developer was savvy enough to secure some of the original
equipment and marketing materials from the theater, so
the design team will be incorporating fun features into the
new structure, such as a continuously running projector
playing original movies from the theater.
