Logistics 83, York, PA: Currently, under construction project consists of a cross-dock warehouse building of
approximately 665,000 square feet. Clear height will be 40 feet as measured at the first column in from the
loading dock. The building will have conventional spread footings, load-bearing concrete wall panels, and a
conventional steel frame. There will be two entrances, which will be similar in design.

NFI Port Wentworth, GA: Three warehouse buildings to be constructed with site-cast, tilt-up concrete panels.
Building A is a 1,375,000 SF cross-dock building designed with loading docks on both long sides of the building,
with two areas of approximately 6,250 SF allotted for future office areas. Building B (332,230 SF) and Building
C (106,250 SF) are rear-load bearing buildings. All three buildings are designed to incorporate similar score
patterns and colors on the exterior, with a single corner-based entrance design feature used as a standard for
the reserved office areas.

PNK Allenwood, Union County, PA: The project consists of five (5) warehouse buildings totaling approximately
1.8 million to 2 million square feet, each building ranging in size from 164,640 SF to 514,080 SF. Each building
will accommodate a clear height of 40 feet as measured at the first column in from the loading dock.

PNK Humboldt, Hazle Township, PA: The project consists of a front-load warehouse building of approximately
310,000 SF. The building will have conventional spread footings, precast concrete, non-loadbearing wall panels,
and a conventional steel frame.

PNK Lambert Warehouse Buildings (Pads D and E), McDonough, GA: The project consists of two front-
loaded warehouse buildings of approximately 287,280 square feet and 209,000 square feet respectively. Clear
height of each will be 40 feet as measured at the first column in from the loading dock

Sierra Warehouse, Ewing Township, NJ: The project is a build-to-suit, one-story building of approximately
195,000 SF, with precast concrete load-bearing panels and 14,000 SF of finished office space, with the balance
of the space as open warehouse separated into secure areas.

United Business Park Building III, Shippensburg, PA: The project is an approximately 1,800,000 SF cross-
dock build-to-suit fulfillment center with 19,000 SF of office space. The building will have 40-foot clear height
and use precast concrete load-bearing panels. It is being designed and constructed on a fast-track basis.
