                                                                                                                                                                       Loockerman whilst deviating with the addition of balconies.
                                                                                                                                                                       While Bayard plaza adds density to Loockerman and provides needed
                                                                                                                                                                       affordable housing, the architectural style above ground floor stands out
                                                                                                                                                                       rather than blending into the milieu.
