Bayard plaza is located in the center of the Loockerman street business
district, and responds to the greater architectural vernacular of
Loockerman whilst deviating with the addition of balconies.
While Bayard plaza adds density to Loockerman and provides needed
affordable housing, the architectural style above ground floor stands out
rather than blending into the milieu.
