The Clubhouse at the Enclave at The Promenade is a single-story, 5,000-square-foot

amenity clubhouse within a planned residential community in Upper Dublin Township.
Bernardon designed the clubhouse interiors as an extension of the building’s exterior
design, while maintaining the Toll Brothers brand and the community’s demographic

in mind. The Clubhouse includes a large ballroom space, serving kitchen, game
lounge, bar, library and fitness center.
