Clubhouse at Christiana Meadows

               Christiana Meadows is a 648-unit residential community with an existing 5,000 SF

               clubhouse that was designed by Bernardon in the early 1990s. The design goal for
               the project is to renovate and expand the existing clubhouse to the current level of
               program and design aesthetics being offered at other local communities.
