To address the growing needs of Widener University’s law program, Bernardon partnered with a
local developer to re-imagine and relocate the School of Law to a site adjacent to Wilmington’s
bustling waterfront developments. The program included a new 500,000+ GSF Law School and
associated parking, complete with graduate housing. The proposed relocation affords easy access
to the Wilmington Amtrak Station as well as aids in the City of Wilmington’s effort to stabilize
the under developed portion of the city.
