We understand the space needs program to include ■ Administrative area to include multiple offices,
the following primary areas: board room, and storage rooms;
■ Dorms and shower rooms;
■ Apparatus Bays: Total of four (4) anticipated ■ Kitchen with Type II exhaust;
with one bay dedicated to two (2) Borough ■ Day Room/Lounge with dining;
Ambulances; ■ Training and dual use OEM Meeting Room;
■ Turnout Gear Room, Engineer’s Room, SCBA ■ Fitness Center, and
Room, Gear Cleaning, and Decon Room; ■ Building support rooms including toilet rooms,
■ Clean Storage; utility rooms, storage rooms, and mechanical and
■ Chief’s Office; electrical rooms to support the requirements of
■ Captain’s/Lieutenant’s Office; the various functions.
