Bernardon is pleased to submit this proposal for Interior Design services for the proposed Phase III - Building G
mixed-use building located at the site of the Willow Grove Shopping Center in Upper Moreland Township, Montgom-
ery County, Pennsylvania.

Bernardon’s Interior Design services will not only complement the design vision that will be created with the
architectural design, our services will enhance that vision and carry it into the interior environment. The scope of
Basic Services to be provided includes interior design services, inclusive of Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FF&E)
selection and specification for the Phase III improvements as defined in the previously developed concept plans
attached hereto as Exhibit A1-A8. In addition, as Optional Services, we can provide FF&E selection and specification
for Model Units and FF&E procurement services through Bernardon Procures.

vision, and management abilities with a high level of quality and client-oriented project
