Bernardon is pleased to submit this proposal for Interior Design services for the proposed Phase III - Building G
mixed-use building located at the site of the Willow Grove Shopping Center in Upper Moreland Township,
Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Bernardon’s Interior Design services will not only complement the design vision created by their architectural
counterparts, but will also enhance that vision and carry it into the interior environment. The scope of
Basic Services to be provided includes Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation
services as well as Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FF&E) selection and specification.

Our team of design professionals has an ideal mix of multifamily and hospitality experience, vision, and
management abilities with a high level of quality and client-oriented project delivery. You have assembled an
excellent team so far, and we are thrilled to be considered as a member of your team. We are confident that our
Interiors team’s vast and successful experience with this specific Architectural, Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing/
Fire Protection (MEPFP), and Structural team will result in a high-level of quality coordination, design and
documentation for you for this project. Through our collaborative process, we will help you create a product that
not only affords you a high rate of return on your investment, but provides a top-of-the-line lifestyle experience
for the people who live and work at this property. Based on our understanding of your goals and expectations
