Core States is helping Lidl expand their footprint in the mid-Atlantic region by providing architecture and
engineering services to multiple ground-up grocery stores and retrofitting existing in-line tenant locations.
With multiple projects in progress, we recently completed architectural and engineering construction
drawings for a non-prototypical, 28,000 SF retrofit.
