Core States has over 20 years of experience working with Walmart. Our architects have completed Walmart
Supercenter remodels, Walmart Neighborhood Market remodels, Walmart Express new builds, and several
special projects to include a shut down program across 1,000+ stores, fuel cell implementation, delivery of EV
Charging station infrastructure, 500kW - 1,000 kW generator program, electrical trailer connection design, and a
power study program. In addition, our A/E team created Walmart’s 2,900 SF c-store prototype. While developing
this new prototype, Core States assembled a value engineering study, identifying $200,000 in construction cost-
savings, by reducing the number of corners on the building, revisiting the roof drainage, aligning lighting design to
programmed light levels, and relocating electrical equipment.
