Carters/Osh-Kosh, Ulta and Ross. The front
façade wall for the collective spaces was
demolished and reconstructed to provide
recognizable entrances for each of the new
tenants. Space P include an interior tenant

fit out for Club Pilates.

Adjacent to Carter’s/OshKpsh, a space

formerly occupied by a dry cleaner was
transformed into a Club Pilates. Adjacent
to Club Pilates, the space formely occupied
by an office supply store was subdivided for
new tenants Fine Wines & Good Spirits and

Concord Pets.

In addition to the work specific to these

tenants, Bernardon helped to visulaize other
aesthetic improvements to the shopping
center including a new color for the
standing seam metal roofs and introducing
a variety of fabric awning colors which suit

each tenant and enliven the facade.
