Shoppes at Belmont

The Shoppes at Belmont is a 300,000 SF retail center
situated between two major highway intersections, Route 30
and Fruitville Pike. Bernardon provided master planning,
architecture, and landscape architecture design services.
Architectural design and documentation included 11 retail
buildings, with design evaluation provided on behalf of the
Owner for the remaining three of the 14 buildings.

Manheim Township, the jurisdiction in which the Shoppes at
Belmont is located, has ordinance provisions that encourage more
traditional streetscape design. The Shoppes at Belmont achieves
this objective via the site design, color palette, use of building
materials such as brick and stone veneers and integration of
classically inspired design elements.
