Bernardon provided master planning and architectural design services for a mixed-use
project including a 128 room suite style hotel and 22,000 SF retail shopping complex. All
elements have been designed to achieve the feel of one beautiful, cohesive development
with ample outdoor plaza space to provide a walkable forecourt that lends to the feel of a
small shopping village.
