Bernardon provided architectural design for building shell
improvements and landlord work for an existing stand-alone
structure of approximately 6,000 SF that was originally

constructed in 1991 for Bob Evans Restaurant.

Scope of the work included the subdivision of the existing space
into two (2) tenant spaces for First Watch (3,600 SF±) and

Honeygrow (2,400 SF±).
