Chem Rx is a compounding and specialty pharmacy that provides customized
medication to patients, providers, and other organizations.
Chemistry Rx initiated a project to create two (2) new 503a and 503b compliant
manufacturing cells.
DEDC provided all design service for the project. Our services first included
conceptual design to develop a basis of design and design approach. We then
completed preliminary design that was used to further define the project scope and
prepare a construction cost estimate. Once the project was authorized, we
competed construction documents. Our services included assisting with
construction planning so that there was minimal disruption to existing operations.
The project included installing multiple new air handers, energy recovery systems
and fan powered HEPA filters and a back-up generator.
During construction we assisted the construction team and provided
commissioning and start up assistance.
