Location: Palmer Township, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Bernardon is providing architecture,
interior design, and landscape architecture services for
the design of a 150,000 SF, four-story building that will
feature independent and assisted living accommodations
for senior living.
The design team drew inspiration from the Easton area’s
rich history by combining classic lines with modern and
tactile elements that also pay tribute to the Lehigh Valley’s
industrial roots, including natural elements influenced by
the surrounding landscape and the rivers that shaped the As a part of the client’s plan to cultivate a recognizable
area during its development. brand in the region, this is one of many planned to meet
the growing need for senior living communities.
Construction is planned to begin the summer of 2022, with
expected completion in Fall of 2023.
