            Owner/User: 110 Park Investors, LLC

            Location: Swarthmore, Pennsylvania
            Design Statement:  110 Park is a mixed-use condominium
            development in the affluent Borough of Swarthmore.  The
            project site includes two existing buildings which will be
            demolished.   As  life-long  residents,  the  Owners  wanted  to
            create  luxury  condominiums,  a  housing  type  that  currently
            does not exist in Swarthmore.  The community is intimate and
            enthusiastic, with convenient access to the cultural offerings
            of Philadelphia just 20 minutes away.  The Owner’s goal is   proposed new building is envisioned as a continuation of the
