Park Lane at Garden State Park

Location: Cherry Hill, New Jersey
Design Statement: Situated on the former grounds of
the historic Garden State Race Track, the Park Lane will
contribute to the existing master-planned, mixed-use
community.
The resort-style luxury rental community is comprised of
two, five-story residential buildings (Buildings 3 and 4)
totaling approximately 102,300 SF. When constructed,
these two new buildings will complete a transverse axis
road that will run perpendicular to the community’s Main
Street, which includes retail and office space.
The two residential buildings are currently under
construction and will be completed in Winter of 2022.
