Location: Dover, Delaware
Design Statement: Bernardon provided land planning,
architectural design, and landscape architecture services
for eight multifamily residential buildings in Dover. The
final 204 market-rate apartments will be composed of one-
bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
Bernardon has also provided design services for an amenity
clubhouse and pool area.
