            Design Statement:  Situated adjacent to the Bryn Mawr
            train station, this 60-unit apartment project is designed to
            respond to the surrounding site, along with complimenting
            the storied architecture of the main line, into Philadelphia.
            The program for the building includes approximately 5,000
            GSF of lobby, leasing and indoor amenity space.  The fourth
            floor of the project includes a 10 foot setback on all sides.
            This was mandated by the zoning requirements, but was
            designed as a unique amenity for residents at that level.
            Each of the 4th floor units will have a continuous outdoor
            terrace, assigned to their unit.  The views from this level
            will be spectacular.
