            Location: Haverford, Pennsylvania
            Design Statement:  Bernardon is providing architectural
            design services for this 258,000 SF mixed-use development.
            In an attempt to better urbanize this current stretch of the
            Lancaster Avenue corridor, this 86-unit, luxury residential
            infill product makes a statement with the striking setback
            and large overhangs, while still keeping the three-story
            edge along the street line.  Complete with approximately
            10,000 SF of retail space and below-grade parking, this
            design response provides future residents with first class
            outdoor amenities that open to the street, along with an
            abundant amount of exterior balconies and an upgraded
            entry and amenity package not seen in rental markets along
            the Main Line.
