Design Statement: Located at the intersection of South
Bryn Mawr and Lancaster Avenues, this four-story,
mixed-use development is designed to include surface
and below-grade parking to accommodate 170 vehicles,
three residential levels to provide for 110 residential units
of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, and an
outdoor courtyard with pool.
An interior amenity space of approximately 6,000 SF will be
The mix of brick and stone are utilized to complement
neighboring buildings and those typically found throughout featured on the second floor.
Bryn Mawr, as well as help to visually balance the overall
size of the building. The project is currently in design.
The ground floor includes the residential lobby, two distinct
retail spaces of approximately 12,500 SF, an exterior public
gathering area, and 70 surface parking spaces.
