                   Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to introduce Bernardon and for considering us for your client and assisting them with
                   their proposed plans.  We know that when selecting an architect for there are many options, so why should you choose Bernardon,
                   what sets us apart?

                        ■  We  have  a  talented  group  of  architects  and  interior  designers  who  have  extensive experience designing
                       corporate office and workplace environments for some very interesting and diverse clients who wanted their
                       spaces to embody the culture and mission of their companies in fun and exciting ways that encourage collaboration
                       and interaction.
                        ■  If your client finds space in Philly, then the proximity of our office will make us very accessible if there is a need to
                       fast-track the protect.  Proximity will also be invaluable during construction if questions arise.  And if not in Philly,
                       that’s okay too because we have clients all over the Tri-State area; we are not afraid to travel!
                        ■  We have 17 people in our Center City office (and an additional 60 people in our two other offices, if necessary) who
                       are available immediately.
                        ■  Another distinguishing characteristics of Bernardon is that we think like creative developers and understand
                       how construction pricing plays an important role in the economics and success of a project.  Our integrated
                       design process will engage all decision makers and stakeholders to gain input, solicit feedback, and build consensus
                       around the right design solution that is cost-effective, efficient, and allows for future growth.

                       for ownership-level leadership to enhance the “hands-on” project design and management services which have
