Design Statement: Bernardon provided land planning,
architectural design, and landscape architecture services
for the design of a multifamily residential development
comprised of eight (8) buildings. Residential units include
204 market-rate apartments composed of one-bedroom,
two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
A key feature of the community is an amenity clubhouse
that includes a leasing center, fitness center, community
room/recreation room, public restrooms, and outdoor
pool.
