Location: East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania
Design Statement: Nestled between Conodoguinet Creek,
surrounded by private woodland landscaping, and flanked
by existing residential neighborhoods, East Pennsboro
is comprised of nine (9) 48-unit apartment buildings
offering a variety of one- and two-bedroom dwelling units
that are staggered throughout a 100-acre site.
The community offers both exterior and interior amenities,
including a 6,700 SF clubhouse and large outdoor pool.
The clubhouse provides residents with a fitness center,
lounge for socializing, and leasing area.
The project is currently in design.
