Ursinus College Student Housing and Market-Rate
Apartments | Collegeville, PA
The site is located on the Ursinus College campus in the Borough of Collegeville,
Montgomery County, PA. The project will redevelop College-owned property along
Main Street into student housing and market-rate apartments. In addition, Clamer
Hall will be adaptively re-used into an event space on the first floor, with “Airbnb”
style apartments on the second and third floors. The remaining area of the site will
include a proposed food hall addition, beer garden, and guest parking.
