Bernardon provided conceptual architectural and landscape architectural design
services for a seven-story, 145,000 SF graduate student housing project planned to
meet the needs of Drexel University. The design solution includes more than 250 beds
with ground floor mixed-use space consisting a 7,000 SF childcare center with vehicular
drop off and a 6,000 SF outdoor play zone. The highlight of the amenity space is a
10,000 SF rooftop terrace with panoramic skyline views.
