Design Statement: This new waterfront mixed-use
community is designed to be woven into the existing city
fabric. The building is situated to have stunning views of
Steiger Lake and Lake Auburn while integrating with the
context of the city for pedestrian engagement.

This mixed-use building is comprised of residential
apartments, retail, restaurants with rooftop terraces,
boutique hotel, conference center/venue and offices. The
building design is reflective of the community providing its
residents with a “holistic” lifestyle by blending the values of
both urban and suburban community life.
