Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The site is located at the former Morning
Call building in the city of Allentown, Pennsylvania. The
project will include one (1) level of podium, with five (5)
stories of wood frame apartments above to included
231 proposed units, with an open-air, pedestrian bridge
connecting to the 6th and Turner Garage, also being
designed by Bernardon. The first floor will comprise an
amenity space. The main entry corner at grade will be
a public/private urban space with the feel of a street,
complete with parking.
