Design Statement: The design of Windom Workforce
Housing is planned as a prototypical building that will be
constructed for a total of six (6) buildings on the site.
The prototypical building will consist of eight (8) four-
bedroom/two-bathroom units and two (2) two-bedroom/
two-bathroom units. The building will be two (2) stories
and will include upper and lower-level units connected via
straight run stairways.
