The local judges name, train, supervise and

encouraged the judicial facilitators; the su-

perior judges or tribunals meet periodically

with the local judges and direct the service

in their judicial circumscription.

The supreme courts direct the service.

The institutional axis of this service are the

already existent structures of the Judicial

Power; this way, the judicial facilitators beco-

me an integral part of the work of such insti-

tutions.

The judicial body recognizes them

and identifies them

The multiple technical institutions

of the judicial powers (press, pla-

nification, administration, school

of law, information, etc.) include

the functions related to the Natio-

nal Service of Judicial Facilitators in

their area of competence.
