What do you do to care about yourself? What do you do to

Self-respect is one of the actions that show that you care about

yourself. Another action is protecting yourself from things that
may harm you. Acts of caring about others include loving,

respecting and helping them. More importantly, you should
protect them from things that can hurt them.

Caring about yourself
Caring about yourself means paying more attention to things
that are important to you.
