Chinese pork belly with egg noodles and pak choi
Serves 6-8 | Preparation time: 30-45 minutes | Cooking time: 3 hours
What you’ll need:

For the pork belly, pak choi and garnish
2kg pork belly, with skin and bones intact
1 large onion
1 stick of celery, washed
2 carrots, peeled
1 bulb of garlic, halved
1 piece (6cm) of ginger, sliced
1 stick of cinnamon
5 whole star anise
200ml Chinese cooking wine or dry sherry
150ml soy sauce
3L water
4 large pak choi or baby spinach
