             Beer roasted chicken with sweet potato wedges, milk stout
             gravy and spinach salad


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 20 minutes | Cooking time: 45 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients




             For the beer roasted chicken, sweet potato wedges and milk stout
             gravy

             1 free-range chicken
             50ml olive oil
             Salt and freshly ground pepper
             1 can (250ml) Milk Stout beer

             500g medium sized sweet potatoes
             2tsp (10ml) corn starch
             50ml water


             For the horseradish and honey dressing

             3 Tbsp (45ml) Horseradish
             1 Tbsp (15ml) honey
             3 Tbsp (45ml) red wine vinegar
