             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the crêpes

             125g flour
             20g sugar
             Pinch of salt

             2 eggs, room temperature
             300ml milk
             ½ cup (125ml) cream
             Butter, for frying


             For the Suzette sauce and garnish

             ¼ cup (60ml) water
             100g sugar

             100ml orange juice
             2 Tbsp (30ml) lemon juice
