             Clementine and rosemary yoghurt loaf cake


             Serves 6–8 | Preparation time: 10 minutes | Baking time: 35–40 minutes


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the cake

             125g unsalted butter

             2 heaped tsp clementine zest
             1 heaped tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
             1 cup castor sugar
             3 eggs
             2 cups self-raising flour
             1/2 cup natural yoghurt or buttermilk


             For the clementine syrup


             Juice of 2 clementines – or equivalent to 1/3 cup
             1 Tbsp castor sugar or 1 Tbsp honey
