             Hazelnut praline ice cream and chocolate ganache sauce

             cream churn you’re using | Freezing time: 2 hours



             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the ice cream custard

             2 cups (500ml) milk
             6 egg yolks
             150g sugar


             For the praline


             250g sugar
             100g hazelnuts, roasted and skinned
             3 Tbsp (45ml) water


             For the chocolate ganache sauce


             200ml cream
             200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
