Wooden spoon
Citrus reamer
A variety of tall glasses
Ice-crusher or rolling pin and kitchen tea towel
What to do:
For the berry jam
1. Place the frozen berries, sugar and lemon juice into a heavy-based saucepan over a
medium heat and let the sugar dissolve.
2. Bring to a boil, and allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat, pour into a container and place in the fridge to cool
completely.
For the berry bomb
1. To make 1 glass, spoon a little of the berry jam into the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Add a tot of gin, a good handful of crushed ice, a couple of fresh berries and top up
with soda water.
3. Garnish with candy-floss and serve immediately. Note: Gently balance the candy-floss
on the edge of the glass so that it doesn't touch the liquid.
