             Lamb and tzatziki flatbreads with Greek salad


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 10 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes



















             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the lamb


             400g lamb rump steak, deboned
             Salt and freshly ground black pepper
             1 Tbsp (15ml) olive oil (or butter)
             2 garlic cloves, whole
             1 sprig fresh rosemary


             For the flatbreads


             2 cups (500ml) self-raising flour
             1 cup (250ml) double thick natural yoghurt
             1 tsp (5ml) fresh rosemary, finely chopped
             A pinch of salt


             For the mint tzatziki

             ½ a cucumber, halved lengthways and seeds scooped out
             ¾ cup (180ml) double-cream natural yoghurt
