1.  Add all the ingredients to the jug of your blender or smoothie maker.

               2.  Blitz together, stirring from time to time, until the ingredients are well combined and
                   the texture is smooth.
               3.  Check for balance of flavours and adjust where necessary.
               4.  Enjoy immediately, or place into a container, smooth out with the back of a spoon and
                   freeze for  a couple of hours.
               5.  To serve, scoop out rounds or cut into slices and garnish with fresh mint and extra
                   berries.
