             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the chocolate torte


             250g (5 large) eggs
             80g castor sugar
             150g water
             200g sugar
             200g butter
             300g LINDT EXCELLENCE 90% Cocoa chocolate, roughly chopped


             For serving


             Chantilly cream and your choice of berries or nuts


             Tools


             6 stainless-steel rings (9cm x 4cm) with bases or a springform cake tin (15cm x 4cm)
             Cup measures or digital scale
             Electric mixer or mixing bowl with wooden spoon
