             300g LINDT SWISS CLASSIC dark 49% chocolate, roughly chopped
             400g LINDT SWISS CLASSIC dark 49% chocolate, for coating


             Tools


             Medium-sized saucepan
             Spatula
             Knife
             Chopping board
             Medium-sized mixing bowl
             Shallow container
             Cling film or plastic wrap
             Digital probe thermometer
             Rubber gloves or a chocolate dipping fork
