             75g sugar
             400g LINDT EXCELLENCE Extra Creamy milk chocolate, chopped
             400g LINDT SWISS CLASSIC dark 49% chocolate, for coating

             2 x Medium-sized saucepan
             Spatula
             Knife
             Chopping board
             Medium-sized mixing bowl
             Shallow container
             Cling film
             Digital probe thermometer

             Rubber gloves or a chocolate dipping fork
