How to un-mould and store chocolates
Once the chocolates have been in the fridge for about 20 minutes, it’s time to unmould
them.
Turn the mould upside down and twist slightly. The chocolates should automatically release
from the mould. If any get stuck, tap the mould against the countertop. Chocolate moulds
should be stored in an airtight container at a cool room temperature and, depending on
the filling you’ve chosen, will have a shelf-life of 7–10 days.
