For the LINDT chocolate shells
Melted and coloured cocoa butter or melted and tempered white LINDT chocolate, for
decorating the chocolate shells (optional)
500g LINDT SWISS CLASSIC 49% chocolate, tempered
For the LINDT mocha ganache
200g cream
200g glucose syrup
1g instant coffee powder
100g LINDT EXCELLENCE Extra Creamy milk chocolate, roughly chopped
50g LINDT SWISS CLASSIC dark chocolate
