             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the LINDT chocolate shells


             Melted and coloured cocoa butter or melted and tempered LINDT white chocolate, for
             decorating the chocolate shells (optional)
             500g LINDT SWISS CLASSIC 49% chocolate, tempered


             For the LINDT chocolate praline filling

             100g LINDT CREATION Divine Hazelnut, roughly chopped

             75g cream
             25g hazelnuts, skinless, roasted and finely chopped


             Tools


             Stiff-bristled brush (optional)
             Polycarbonate mould
             Saucepans
             Heatproof bowl
